Golf Fit
Golf is a rotational sport. Every swing you take is a transfer of force from the ground, through the kinetic chain, out to the club head. When that chain works well, you hit it further, more consistently, and with less strain on your body. When it doesn’t, you compensate — and compensations cost you distance and durability.
Golf Fit is a program built specifically for golfers of every level: competitive juniors, weekend players, scratch handicaps, and everyone in between. We assess your movement, identify the links in your chain that need work, and build a program around exactly that.

Arm Care
Athletes are throwing harder and more often than ever. The pursuit of velocity has produced a generation of powerful arms — and a corresponding rise in injuries. The missing piece in most programs isn’t more throwing. It’s teaching athletes to use their whole body to generate and transfer force, so the arm isn’t carrying a load it was never designed to carry alone.
Our Arm Care program uses the kinetic chain and ArmCare technology to build durable, powerful, healthy arms for baseball, softball, volleyball, and other overhead athletes. We track workloads, assess movement, and build programs that protect the shoulder and elbow without sacrificing performance.

1-on-1 Training
You don’t have to be a competitive athlete to train like one. Whether you’re coming off a physical therapy discharge and looking for what’s next, a former athlete who still wants to move and feel like one, or someone who just wants to get stronger and stay that way — we’ll build a plan around you.
Every session is individualized. We take the same science-backed, movement-first approach we use with our athletes and apply it to wherever you are right now — and wherever you want to go.
